I just watched my TIVO’d appearance on CNN Headline News’ Showbiz Tonight from last Wednesday … here’s a screenshot.  In this particular soundbite I said, “Britney’s tried convenience store therapy, Starbucks therapy, retail therapy.  Why doesn’t she try actual therapy?  REAL THERAPY?  With a THERAPIST?”
I wouldn’t mind a therapist myself.  In fact, I think pretty much everyone should be in therapy.  By that I mean, we could all use a little nonjudgmental help with our problems.

Therapists rule. If only to bitch about work and other random junk with them, rather than burden my significant other with it. I like to call mine my “life coach” like Kat Von D.
